Social Media Content Strategist

StudioCLI is a real estate media company on Florida's Space Coast. We shoot and produce content for real estate agents, builders, developers, home services and more.

We're hiring a Social Media Content Strategist to own a portfolio of clients. You'll take the photo and video our field team captures and build it into content that actually performs. You'd handle upwards of 20 monthly clients. It would start one at a time to make sure you have a great understanding of the role and feel confident in delivering real strategy and value.

What you'll do:

• Build monthly content calendars for each client
• Write hooks, captions, and short-form scripts
• Direct edits and review cuts before they go live
• Track performance and adjust what isn't working
• Run monthly check-in Zoom calls with your clients

What we're looking for:

• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish. Must have perfect English.
• 2+ years running social media or content for clients or a brand
• You understand short-form video. Hooks, retention, pacing
• Comfortable on video calls with US clients
• Organized. We run on ClickUp and you'll live in it
• Real estate or local service business experience is a bonus, not a requirement

Details:

• Full-time, fully remote from Colombia
• US Eastern hours, roughly 9am to 5pm ET
• Compensation in USD. $1,400-1,800 per month.
