We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. In this role, you will create engaging content, schedule posts, interact with followers, and analyze performance to help us connect with our audience. You'll work remotely while playing a key role in shaping our brand voice and online community.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, graphics, captions) for platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and others as needed that align with brand voice and messaging.
- Design basic graphics using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar.
- Repurpose existing content (blog posts, job postings, company news) into social-friendly formats.
- Engage with followers, industry partners, and potential candidates by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a content calendar.
- Ability to adapt to changing trends and platform updates.

Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $70,000 – $75,000 per year.
