We are expanding our marketing team because we already have active customers joining our waitlist. The demand is proven, and now we need a highly creative, execution-focused Social Media Coordinator to own our social channels, amplify our brand narrative, and engage our growing community across Sweden. We are a remote-first team, meaning you can work from anywhere in Sweden.

What You Will Do

• Content Creation: Plan, create, and schedule high-engaging content (short-form video, graphics, and copy) tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Community Management: Actively engage with our early waitlist sign-ups, respond to comments/messages, and foster vibrant discussions within our community.
• Bilingual Storytelling: Write compelling social copy and script content seamlessly in both Swedish and English to match our target audience.
• Growth & Analytics: Track social media performance metrics, analyze what content resonates best, and iterate quickly to scale our organic reach.

Who We Are Looking For

• Creative Executor: Hands-on experience managing professional social media handles, creating short-form video content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts style), or designing simple assets using tools like Canva.
• Linguistic Fluidity: Full professional fluency in both Swedish and English is required to communicate effectively with the Swedish startup ecosystem.
• Startup Mindset: Highly organized, proactive, and excited by the fast pacing of an early-stage venture.
