★ PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CV IN ENGLISH ★ Social Media Manager Location: Remote (LATAM) Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $1,600 – $2,200 USD/month Must have a valid U.S. visa Portfolio required (social media/content work) Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Manager to lead the company’s social media presence and support digital marketing initiatives. This role is focused on content creation, digital marketing execution, and brand growth , while also supporting marketing initiatives such as trade shows and events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment. Key Responsibilities Create and manage social media content across all company channels Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with business goals Design and publish engaging digital content (with occasional print materials) Support email marketing and digital campaigns Assist with trade show marketing initiatives (directories, campaigns, communications) Provide logistical support for events and trade shows (approx. 10% of the role) Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and outreach Track performance metrics and optimize content strategies Requirements 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation Strong experience in content creation and social media strategy Solid background in digital marketing Excellent English communication skills (C1 level required) Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Experience with social media and marketing tools Additional Requirements Must have a valid U.S. visa Ability to travel internationally for trade shows when required Strong skills in social media, digital marketing, and content creation Comfortable working aligned with CST time zone Portfolio required (social media/content work) What We’re Looking For Creative and detail-oriented professional Strong execution mindset with ability to meet deadlines Team player who collaborates effectively across departments Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Important Notes This role includes both creative and operational responsibilities Candidates must be comfortable supporting events and trade shows Strong communication and responsiveness are critical This is a remote/telecommute position.
