Role
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing;
- Previous experience in a communication or digital marketing agency is mandatory;
- Experience in a similar role within a company (client-side) is considered an advantage;
- Experience managing a brand in the pharmaceutical or pharmacy retail industry is a plus;
- Proven experience in developing and implementing social media strategies and managing integrated marketing campaigns;
- Strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms;
- Experience in interpreting performance metrics and using insights to optimize results;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), as well as AI-powered platforms and tools;
- Advanced English language proficiency;
- Flexibility, creativity, a results-oriented mindset, and strong customer focus;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail;
- Proactive attitude and strong team spirit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, propose, and implement the Help Net Social Media Strategy;
- Propose and execute social media campaigns, including promotional, product launch, and brand awareness campaigns for Help Net;
- Communicate offers, promotions, educational campaigns, and 360° campaigns through social media channels;
- Develop, coordinate, and implement activations, partnerships, and events where Help Net is present;
- Manage campaigns for private-label brands and/or exclusive products within the Help Net Pharmacies portfolio;
- Manage project contracts and addenda within internal systems and maintain accurate records;
- Collaborate with advertising agencies, the Commercial Department, pharmacists, and sales teams to implement brand projects and marketing campaigns;
- Define performance KPIs for social media and digital campaigns and monitor their achievement;
- Prioritize communication needs and propose and implement communication actions tailored to each project;
- Analyze digital marketing data, campaign reports, market trends, and competitors' activities, and recommend actions aligned with business objectives.
