💻 Role

We're hiring a hands-on creative generalist who can plan and run our social media presence and produce the visual assets behind it. You'll own the content calendar, community engagement, and creative production end-to-end, working closely with our performance marketing team to keep organic and paid content aligned.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Plan and maintain the social media content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, X, and other relevant platforms
• Design creative assets for social media, paid ads, email, and web (static and simple motion/video)
• Write captions and copy that reflect Cohart's voice and speak to artists and collectors
• Manage day-to-day community engagement - comments, DMs, and follower interactions
• Build and maintain an on-brand asset library and templates for fast turnaround
• Turn campaign briefs into multiple creative variants for testing across Meta, Google, and TikTok
• Track social and content performance (engagement, follower growth, reach) and adjust the plan and creative based on results
• Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and features relevant to the art and creator community
• Support influencer, partnership, and event materials as needed
• Coordinate with the performance marketing team so organic and paid content stay consistent

🙏 Your background

• 2+ years combining social media management and graphic design for a brand, agency, or startup (art, creative, or lifestyle industry a plus)
• Strong portfolio showing both content planning/copy and visual design work (please include a link)
• Proficient in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); Canva a plus
• Comfortable producing both static creative and simple video/motion content
• Comfortable with scheduling and analytics tools (Later, Buffer, native platform insights)
• Excellent written English; strong async communication for a distributed, cross-timezone team
• Based in Asia, available during hours overlapping EU/UK business hours
• Genuine interest in art, artists, or the creator economy a plus
