Founders Bruno Jacob : built and launched several products from scratch in healthcare and finance including ML-based risk stratification solution for health insurance companies that helped them identify patients likely to get sick in the future, NFT checkout that allowed anyone to buy NFTs with a credit card without having to set up a crypto wallet, and a tokenization engine that allowed companies to easily tokenize and manage real-world assets on the blockchain. As a hackathon enthusiast, Bruno has won several hackathons including ETHDenver (the world’s largest hackathon of decentralized tech). Shawn Li : as a Staff Machine Learning Engineer at Apple, Shawn spent the last 5 years leading teams working on Natural Language Understanding for Siri, Safari, and Spotlight. Job Description About you: Creator-operator mindset. You love turning ideas into live campaigns—drafting copy, designing the asset, hitting “post,” and immediately watching the numbers roll in. Move fast, learn faster. You iterate in hours, not weeks, and treat every post, email, or experiment as a data point to refine the next one. Analytical to the core. CTR, CAC, follower LTV, cohort retention—you know (or want to learn) the metrics that matter and can pull insights from Sheets, GA4, or a quick SQL query. Design-literate. Basic Figma/Canva chops mean you don’t wait on a designer; you can lay out a carousel, social card, or lightweight motion graphic yourself. Community builder. You’re comfortable jumping into comments, Discord/Slack groups, and DMs—amplifying advocates, answering questions, and funneling product feedback back to the team. Owner mentality. If you see a growth opportunity—new channel, influencer partnership, email drip—you scope it, ship it, and report the results without waiting to be asked. Curious and coachable. You proactively seek feedback, challenge assumptions with first-principles thinking, and level-up quickly in unfamiliar territory. Clear communicator.
