About the Role

We're looking for a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist to help us grow our presence on Instagram and TikTok — with a strong focus on TikTok Shop and influencer/creator marketing. You'll be the driving force behind building relationships with content creators, developing UGC that sells, and turning Lush Lobster into a brand people discover and shop through social.

This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes TikTok trends, understands what makes content convert on TikTok Shop, and knows how to build and manage creator partnerships from outreach to content delivery.

What You'll Do

• Own and grow Lush Lobster's presence on TikTok and Instagram, with TikTok Shop as a primary focus
• Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with content creators and influencers for paid and gifted collaborations
• Recruit and manage creators for TikTok Shop's affiliate/creator program to drive product sales
• Develop clear, on-brand UGC content guidelines and briefs for creators to follow
• Review, guide, and approve creator content to ensure it aligns with brand voice and converts
• Plan and help produce UGC-style content promoting Lush Lobster products
• Track performance of creator campaigns and TikTok Shop content, and report on what's working
• Stay on top of TikTok/Instagram trends, sounds, and formats, and adapt our content strategy accordingly
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and product launches

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing brand accounts or campaigns on Instagram and TikTok
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop specifically (creator/affiliate program, live shopping, product showcases, etc.)
• Experience with influencer marketing — sourcing, pitching, and managing relationships with creators of varying sizes
• Strong understanding of UGC content — what performs well, how to brief creators, and how to build content guidelines
• A sharp eye for trends and an instinct for what makes content stop the scroll
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creator outreach and negotiation
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Bonus: experience in e-commerce, gifting, or lifestyle/DTC brands
