The Social Media Intern's objective i
s to achieve exceptional customer engagement, foster intimacy, drive website traffic, and increase revenue through strategic utilization of social media marketing. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms and how to optimize content for maximum engagement. As a representative of our brand, you will actively participate in relevant conversations, gently promoting our products/services while providing support to existing and potential customers. Your expertise in social media marketing will be essential in achieving our goals and establishing strong brand connections.
Duties/ Responsibilities: -Planning and managing social media calendars -Creating social media posts -Assisting the social media team with brainstorming campaigns. -Posting on various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. -Analyzing analytics to gauge the success of campaigns -Combines creative campaign ideas with analytical skills to create successful posts Intern will Learn/Develop: -Ability to translate complex research into a common language. -How to networking and marketing. -Insight into real estate property marketing. -Increasing confidence and public speaking skills -Maintaining positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
Requirements
Required Skills/ Abilities: -Excellent knowledge of various social media platforms. -Excellent knowledge of social media platforms. -Knowledge of analytical tools. -Creative mindset. -Ability to multitask. -Ability to work in a team. -Prior experience with marketing or social media.
Education: -Actively pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, Communications or related field -Desired Candidate to be of sophomore year or higher -Projects portfolio or any previous work portfolio required, please include in the application Availability: Office Hours Mondays to Thursdays 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Fridays 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Hours can be flexible based on class schedules and availability. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
