You are a creative thinker who excels at supporting senior team members, conducting research, and assisting in the development of PR campaigns. You understand the importance of aligning PR strategies with broader business goals and can navigate complex challenges with ease. As a Junior Consultant, you will interface with client contacts and media relations, regularly drafting press or public-facing communications and content. You will maintain insights and gain an understanding of industry trends, competitors, and other macro-factors through research and media monitoring, ensuring that your strategies are always informed and impactful. What You Do End-to-end management of social media channels across platforms - LinkedIn, Instagram etc. Planning and execution of social media campaigns 100% ownership of content calendars for brand social media handles and CXO profiles; past experience in B2B tech would be a plus (Short form + Long form) Social listening and sentiment analysis via tools like Meltwater, Netbase, Brandwatch, GWI or others Should be able to interpret insights from platform-native analytics dashboards and external tools like Sprinklr Should be able to handle a team Past experience in ad campaigns and ORM (Online Response management) would be a plus, but not mandatory Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proven track record of building and maintaining positive client relationships. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team. You have enthusiasm for learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
