Social Media Listener

Social Media Listener Lido Learning is looking for a Social Media Listener to own customer communications across all social media channels - Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, Google Reviews, YouTube, and Blogs. This Social Media Listener will be tracking key social analytics, content trends, and brand mentions. Responsibilities Spot customer grievances on social media, respond to them, and bring them to the attention of all relevant stakeholders within the company and management Create a response strategy and communication plan based on social listening report insights and improve customer sentiment through social engagement Follow up with customer support, tutor, finance, marketing, and product teams and resolve customer issues in the shortest amount of time. Close the feedback loop between the customer on social channels and all internal stakeholders for the query Be metric-driven and drive key customer support metrics for all social media channels. Build a relationship with the customer and commit to resolving their issues by working with internal stakeholders Be a comrade for the Lido brand and discover opportunities for customer testimonials and recommendations Create reports which give the team clarity on all social channels and customer grievances on them Analyse data and create reports to develop insights for customer, product, and marketing teams to improve the product, delivery, and communication. You are an ideal candidate if you Have 2+ years of experience in social listening, brand, and customer communications Are someone who understands all aspects of social media including channels, platforms, content, analytics, tools, and creativity Are a self-starter who is excited to take on small projects to execute from start to finish Love watching and learning from other players in the ed-tech space and improvising Are organised and can keep track of multiple social channels simultaneously Have excellent written and verbal presentation skills Have a good balance of EQ and IQ Have a bachelor’s degree in English or Journalism (not mandatory, but is a plus).
