We're looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes social media. This fully remote role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating content for a variety of brands, understands what performs on Instagram and TikTok, and can turn raw footage into engaging short-form content.

What You'll Do

As our Social Media Manager, you'll help bring our clients' brands to life through engaging, platform-first content.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
• Create and publish Instagram Stories and other daily social content
• Perform light photo editing and basic graphic adjustments
• Write compelling, on-brand captions tailored to each client's voice
• Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms
• Manage content calendars for multiple client accounts
• Stay on top of social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates
• Track performance and prepare monthly client reports with key insights
• Collaborate with our marketing team on content strategy and campaign planning
• Ensure all content aligns with each client's brand, goals, and audience

What We're Looking For

• Experience creating or managing social media content for businesses or brands
• Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
• Basic photo editing experience using Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt to different brand voices
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and short-form video best practices
• Highly organized and comfortable managing deadlines across multiple client accounts
• Experience reviewing analytics and using performance data to improve content
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate virtually with a team

Bonus Points

• Experience working in a marketing agency
• Experience filming content with a smartphone or camera
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, or other scheduling platforms
• Experience with UGC or influencer-style content
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills
