Show job description

We help challenger brands fight smarter, think sharper, and win bigger.
We build experienced fractional teams that slot in like puzzle pieces, bringing the right expertise and energy exactly when a brand needs it. We're not a typical agency or a one-person show. We're a team of specialists across the whole marketing mix, from brand strategy and social to performance and web development, and we've worked on more than 100 brands. All that shared experience is what keeps our ideas sharp.

In four years we've grown from two people to more than 20, with case studies we're proud of and a reputation that keeps building. We work with established challengers like Tony's Chocolonely and fast-growing startups like Seep, across FMCG, Beauty, Luxury, Film and beyond. The briefs are varied, covering customer insight, brand strategy, campaign planning and comms. If you want to work on brands with something to prove, alongside people who love doing it, you'll fit right in.

We’re now looking for a Social Media Manager to join the team.

You will...

  • Lead social for exciting startup and scale-up brands, mostly in F&B and consumer goods, with some lifestyle and luxury

  • Act as each brand's in-house Social Media Manager on a fractional basis, usually 1–2 days a week per brand

  • Get real impact and commercial results from social for several brands at once

  • Grow social accounts hands-on, creating video and static content across platforms

  • Set the strategy behind the creative work, not just manage calendars or chase trends

  • Push founders to change course when their social approach isn't working

  • Advise brands on influencer and affiliate marketing

  • Adapt to each brand's setup: Owning social end to end when a brand has no other support, Brief and manage designers, influencers and boosting budgets when a brand already has them in place

  • Help train the next generation of social talent, likely with direct and indirect reports as the team grows

You’ll have...

  • A track record of growing social accounts as a hands-on Social Media Manager

  • Strategic thinking alongside strong creative skills

  • A clear point of view on how brands should use social to cut through, and the confidence to argue for it

  • Knowledge across all the key social platforms

  • A good understanding of influencer and affiliate marketing

  • Strong briefing and people-management skills

  • Flexibility and a wide skillset, so you're happy switching between doing the work and managing it

  • Energy for a fast pace, lots of different brands, and months that rarely look the same

  • A real interest in coaching and growing junior team members

What we offer

  • An opportunity to work with some of the coolest challenger brands in the market, and help shape one of the fastest-growing agencies

  • This a roaming role meaning you will work remotely most of the time with the expectation that you will be in London twice a month

  • Competitive salary package, with holiday and benefits that include a working-from-home allowance, personal development support, enhanced parental leave, and unlimited coaching sessions.

  • An opportunity to grow your expertise working with some of the brightest talent in the brand growth and marketing space and driven by shared purpose and success.

What we can give in return

This is a full time, remote based role that will require you to be within easy access of London. There is an expectation that you will be available for client or internal in person meetings a minimum of twice a month.
