Social Media Manager – Defense, Military & Aerospace Fully Remote Work From Home Role Part-time with potential to transition into a full-time role $8/hr – $15/hr (JOB ID:SMMBF2026) Role Our client is a character driven entertainment company in the comic and anime universe, with decades of storytelling across publishing, film, games, and digital media. They are seeking a Social Media Manager to help manage and grow their online presence across the defense, military, and aerospace sectors. Responsibilities : • Manage and grow social media channels across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook • Create short-form content • Build and maintain CRM databases from followers, prospects, partners, and engaged audiences for marketing and outreach campaigns • Support email marketing, and direct marketing initiatives connected to social media activity • Track content performance, audience growth, engagement, and campaign effectiveness • Conduct outreach to influencers, media pages, communities, and potential collaboration partners Requirements : • Experience managing social media accounts for a brand, publication, startup, agency, or industry organization • Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills • Ability to create short-form videos, reels, graphics, clips, and social posts using AI and editing tools, such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe Express, Canva and CapCut • Experience managing CRMs and project management tools • Strong English communication skills (C1/C2) • Strong judgment, professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively in a sensitive industry Highly Preferred : • Experience or strong interest in defense, military and aerospace sectors Location Remote Availability Part-Time (20h per week) Must be available during U.S. Pacific business hours *While this role is structured to begin at 20 hours per week, there is flexibility to offer an immediate or expedited full-time position to a candidate who demonstrates high-level creative and technical expertise Compensation $8/hr–$15/hr
