Social Media Manager – English & Arabic

About the Role

Rednox is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage organic social media for multiple client brands and support Rednox's own digital presence.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Social Media Management, Content Strategy, Content Marketing, Copywriting, Brand Storytelling, and Audience Engagement, with excellent written communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities

Develop monthly social media strategies and content calendars for multiple brands.

Create content concepts for Reels, carousels, static posts, and LinkedIn content.

Manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts, including scheduling and publishing.

Write engaging English and Arabic captions, hooks, CTAs, and social media copy.

Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.

Research industry trends, competitors, audiences, and emerging content opportunities.

Prepare creative briefs for designers and video editors.

Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality social media content.

Monitor engagement and organic social media performance.

Analyse content performance and recommend strategies to improve reach and engagement.

Requirements

2 – 4 years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.

Excellent English and Arabic copywriting skills.

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Experience developing and managing social media content calendars.

Experience managing multiple brands or client accounts.

Strong storytelling, communication, and organisational skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Canva, Figma, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Meta Business Suite, Notion, ChatGPT, AI assisted content workflows, or GCC-focused brands is a plus.
