Job Description
• Analyze content performance, research competitors, identify trends, and proactively recommend opportunities for growth
• Help develop content calendars, brainstorm hooks and creative concepts, repurpose content, and maintain a consistent brand identity
• Engage with the audience, respond to comments, and build genuine relationships with customers and creators
• Help manage the exclusive creator community, encourage engagement in the group chat, coordinate mastermind calls, celebrate creator wins, and suggest ways to make the community more valuable
• Bring fresh ideas for campaigns, creator collaborations, and community-building opportunities to increase brand awareness and ultimately drive sales
Must Haves
• This role is only open to Filipinos permanently residing in the Philippines • Proven experience in social media management and a strong understanding of current social media trends and platforms • Strategic and proactive mindset, with the ability to generate ideas and recommend growth opportunities independently • Experience creating content calendars, repurposing content, and scheduling posts across multiple platforms • Experience in community management and audience engagement • Ability to independently follow established workflows, instructions, and tutorials • Strong creative skills in brainstorming content hooks, concepts, and campaign ideas
Nice to Haves
• Background in direct-to-consumer (DTC) wellness brands • Experience growing social media presence through organic content, creator relationships, and community building • Familiarity with how lifestyle brands, such as Bloom Nutrition and Comfort, build brand awareness and loyal communities • Experience managing creator or brand ambassador communities
