Client Information
The client is a boutique media, lifestyle branding, and local marketing agency with a strong secondary focus on real estate and community building.
Job Description
• Edit raw, unedited footage provided by the client into polished short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest
• Edit long-form YouTube videos, including full property walkthroughs of new developments and luxury condos
• Publish and schedule content across all the client's platforms
• Build and maintain a monthly content calendar, prepared at least one month in advance
• Drive audience engagement and follower growth, including responding to comments and direct messages
• Track and report on performance metrics (views, engagement, follower growth) to guide content strategy
• Conduct outreach to local Southwest Florida businesses (such as those advertising in regional magazines) to offer free feature videos and interviews
• Schedule a few business feature appointments per week to keep a consistent content pipeline
• Support brand-building content showcasing the Southwest Florida lifestyle, including local businesses, golf courses, beaches, and real estate, targeted toward Snowbird audiences in northern states
Must Haves
• At least 2 years of social media management experience • Strong video editing skills for both short-form and long-form content, with a portfolio of edited video samples • Proven track record of driving measurable engagement and growth (views, followers, interactions), with examples or metrics from past clients • Experience managing multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest • Experience creating content calendars and managing posting schedules • Self-motivated and creative, able to work independently with flexible hours
Nice to Haves
• Practitioner of or familiarity with Pranic Healing / Pranic meditation (client is building a Pranic Healing community in Southwest Florida)
