This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in both creative and compliance-driven environments. Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and manage social media accounts. Create engaging content to boost brand awareness and community engagement. Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and adjust strategies for maximum impact. Oversee the credentialing process, including initial applications, verifications, re-credentialing, and compliance with federal/state/industry standards. Maintain accurate credentialing files and serve as liaison with payers, committees, and regulatory bodies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Admin, or related field. 3+ years of social media management experience with proven results. 2+ years of credentialing experience in healthcare. Proficiency in social media tools and credentialing systems. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. First Aid and CPR certification required.
