We are in the business of fun and no one takes fun more seriously than us, which is why we put our people at the heart of everything we do, and how we do it. Get inspired because no one’s having more fun than us.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a creative, curious, highly organized Social Media Marketing Coordinator to help shape the digital presence of Embed’s executive leadership team. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, including the CEO, CMO, CTO, and regional leadership, turning their ideas, expertise, and personalities into engaging content that builds influence, creates conversations, and strengthens our brand.

From LinkedIn posts and thought-leadership content to podcasts, videos, speaking opportunities, and industry events, you’ll have the chance to work across a wide variety of projects while gaining unique exposure to C-suite leaders and a global marketing organization.

If you love being behind the lens, behind the content, and behind the strategy, this could be the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

* Build Executive Brands - You'll help develop distinct social media strategies for senior leaders, ensuring each executive's content reflects their individual voice while supporting the broader Embed brand.

You'll:

  • Plan and manage executive content across LinkedIn and select social platforms.
  • Create quarterly content calendars and coordinate weekly posts, engagement, and reshares.
  • Stay ahead of industry news, leadership topics, technology, pop culture, and emerging social trends.
  • Identify creative opportunities to position our leaders as authentic, relevant voices in their areas of expertise.

*Create Content People Want to Engage With - You'll turn ideas, conversations, events, and executive insights into content designed to connect.

That could mean:

  • Writing and editing social posts in different executive voices.
  • Ghostwriting articles, talking points, and thought-leadership content.
  • Repurposing speeches, interviews, podcasts, and company communications into fresh social content.
  • Coordinating photo and video shoots.
  • Supporting Embed’s North American “Meet the Team” and Brand Ambassador programs.
  • Experimenting with new platforms, tools, formats, and content trends.

*Take Podcasts & Video Content from Idea to Launch - You'll play an important coordination role in the EmbedLIVE and Women@Embed podcast series.

  • You'll help manage the entire process, including guest outreach, scheduling, talking points, studio logistics, recording coordination, video editing workflows, and publication schedules. You'll also partner with our Global Media Producer and regional teams to bring each episode to life.

*Put Our Executives in the Right Rooms - This role goes beyond posting content.

  • You'll research conferences, podcasts, panels, leadership forums, technology events, professional organizations, and networking opportunities that can expand our executives' visibility.
  • You'll help identify the opportunities, pitch executives and topics, manage submissions and deadlines, coordinate introductions, and prepare leaders for high-visibility appearances.

*Grow Engagement & Measure What's Working

  • You'll monitor social conversations and identify opportunities for our executives to engage with industry leaders, journalists, customers, and other key stakeholders.
  • You'll also track performance, including follower growth and engagement, provide monthly insights and recommendations, and benchmark executive presence against other strong C-suite social brands.

Who We're Looking For

This position could be a great fit for a recent graduate or early-career marketing professional who already understands social media and is excited to turn that passion into a career.

Ideally, you'll bring:

  • A bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of social media, communications, content creation, or PR experience, including internships, freelance projects, or experience successfully developing your own personal brand.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to adjust your voice for different personalities and audiences.
  • Hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn and other social platforms.
  • An understanding of what makes social content engaging, timely, and shareable.
  • Exposure to podcast or video production, content scheduling, or studio coordination.
  • Experience with tools such as CapCut, InShot, or similar video editing platforms is a plus.

You'll Thrive Here If You Are...

  • You see content opportunities everywhere.
  • You naturally follow social trends, emerging technologies, leadership conversations, and what's happening culturally.
  • An excellent writer. You can capture someone's personality and turn an idea into compelling content.
  • Highly organized. You're comfortable juggling content calendars, podcast schedules, events, deadlines, and multiple executive priorities.
  • Detail-oriented. You notice the tag, hashtag, caption, deadline, or detail others may miss.
  • Tech-forward. You're interested in AI prompting, social listening technology, content creation apps, recording equipment, lighting, and new tools that can make content better.
  • Comfortable around senior leaders. You communicate professionally, exercise discretion, and understand how to handle confidential information.
  • Globally minded. You enjoy collaborating with people from different cultures and time zones.

A Few Important Details

  • Dallas-based: This position requires working from our Dallas, TX office at least 3 days per week.
  • Global collaboration: You'll work with colleagues across the globe, including teams in Singapore and Dubai, so occasional meetings outside standard Dallas business hours may be needed.
  • Early-career friendly: We're especially interested in candidates with strong potential, creativity, initiative, and a genuine passion for social media, even if you're still early in your career.
