We usually respond within a day Employment Type: Part-Time Hours: 20 hours per week Compensation & Benefits Total Compensation Package: ₱23,000 Basic Pay: ₱19,000 Meal Allowance: ₱1,500 Perfect Attendance Bonus: ₱2,000 Night Differential: Ten percent (10%), as applicable Benefits: Government-mandated benefits and HMO coverage after one (1) year of employment Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media & Outreach Specialist to manage social media content, engage with local communities, identify roofing leads, and conduct LinkedIn outreach to build relationships with insurance and real estate professionals. Key Responsibilities Social Media & Content * Schedule and publish Facebook content using Meta Business Suite * Create branded graphics and marketing materials using Canva * Prepare and publish LinkedIn content * Monitor comments, messages, and social media engagement Community Engagement & Lead Generation * Monitor local Facebook groups for roofing-related inquiries * Engage with community members professionally and provide helpful information * Identify and flag potential residential roofing leads LinkedIn Outreach * Research insurance and real estate professionals on LinkedIn * Send personalized connection requests and follow-ups * Engage with industry professionals and maintain outreach records * Guide interested prospects to schedule meetings through Calendly Qualifications * 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, lead generation, or appointment setting * Proficient in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn * Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and outreach * Strong written English communication skills * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain accurate tracking records * Value-driven and professional approach to community engagement IMPORTANT: Can provide employment requirements such as NBI clearance, Certificate of Employment (COE), and government IDs or numbers for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and TIN Locations Luzon, Metro Manila, Mindanao, San Fernando, Visayas Remote status Fully Remote Monthly salary PHP23,000 Employment type Contract Applicant tracking system by Teamtailor
