WE’RE HIRING: SOCIAL MEDIA & PARTNERSHIPS COORDINATOR

Rumble Wellness Group | Independent Contractor | Remote, Canada

You create content. You build community. You bring brands to life.

You know what makes people stop scrolling, share a post, and want to be part of something.

You’re creative, organized, and hands-on. You can plan a content calendar, create engaging social content, capture the personality of a brand, and keep things moving without constant direction.

You understand that great social media is about more than posting consistently — it’s about building a recognizable brand and an engaged community.

WHO WE ARE

Rumble Wellness Group brings together two experience-driven brands: Rumble Boxing and PRML Social.

Rumble combines high-energy boxing and strength training with music, culture, and community. PRML Social brings together sauna, cold plunge, music, and social connection to create a different kind of wellness experience.

We're looking for someone who can bring both brands to life online while helping build meaningful local partnerships and community connections.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Social Media & Content Creation — Primary Focus

  • Own and manage the social media content calendar across Rumble Boxing and PRML Social.
  • Create, write, schedule, and publish engaging content that reflects each brand's personality.
  • Capture and edit short-form video, Reels, Stories, and other social-first content.
  • Turn classes, events, customer experiences, promotions, and behind-the-scenes moments into compelling stories.
  • Stay current on social trends, formats, and opportunities to keep our content fresh and relevant.
  • Coordinate with location teams to gather content and highlight local communities.
  • Monitor engagement and use performance insights to improve content and inform future calendars.

Partnerships & Community — Secondary Focus

  • Identify and coordinate local partnerships with businesses, creators, influencers, and community organizations.
  • Support collaborations, events, and activations that introduce new audiences to our brands.
  • Coordinate partnership deliverables, content collaborations, and social media promotion.
  • Build relationships that strengthen brand awareness and community engagement.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work independently while collaborating with senior leadership and location teams.
  • Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and keep projects moving.
  • Bring forward creative ideas and take ownership of execution from planning through delivery.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Creative: You have a strong eye for content, storytelling, and what works on social media.
  • Hands-on: You're comfortable filming, editing, writing copy, and publishing content yourself.
  • Organized: You can manage multiple content calendars, deadlines, and projects.
  • Social-savvy: You understand Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories, and emerging content trends.
  • Proactive: You take initiative, work independently, and don't need constant direction.
  • Collaborative: You're comfortable working with different teams, creators, and external partners.

Experience in social media management, content creation, fitness, wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is an asset. Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, and social media scheduling platforms is a plus.

THE DETAILS

  • Location: Remote; with ability to get to site in Toronto.
  • Engagement: Independent contractor.
  • Hours: Approximately 15–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and agreed scope.
  • Compensation: Hourly contract rate based on experience.
  • Schedule: Flexible, with occasional evening or weekend availability for content capture and events.

THE BOTTOM LINE

We're looking for someone who can keep our brands visible, relevant, and connected to their communities — someone who can turn ideas into great content and consistently bring our social channels to life.

If you're creative, plugged into social culture, and love building brands through content, we'd love to meet you.
