Social Media Publisher (Remote)

Get paid to run social media for online content creators. (No experience needed.)

Belle Muse is a social media management agency. We’'re hiring remote Social Media publishers in Belgium. (The job is remote, freelance and flexible, but you must be located in Belgium for logistical reasons.)

This is a genuine entry-level, role. No marketing experience needed — we train you fully. Your job is to publish content on schedule across multiple platforms, keep accounts active with daily engagement, and flag anything that looks off. We give you the content, and the system; you bring reliability, consistency and proactive communication. Many of our strongest team members came from totally different backgrounds. We hire for work ethic, not CVs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Publish each creator's content on schedule across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, Facebook and more. Across multiple devices, for multiple creators.
• Write captions that match each creator’s tone and brand.
• Keep accounts active with daily engagement.
• Run daily health checks and flag issues early.
• Prioritize in accordance with company-wide direction.

YOU'LL FIT RIGHT IN THE ROLE IF YOU

• Live and breathe Gen Z culture.
• Use Instagram and TikTok every day for fun.
• Are reliable and consistent, you show up and either get done or reach out to the right person to get a solution on time.
• Communicate well in written English.
• Can start within 2 weeks or less.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Remote in Belgium, full-time, 5 days/week, 40 hours.
