Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories)
Manage company profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
Monitor comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner
Analyze engagement metrics and prepare performance reports
Run paid social media campaigns when required
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency
Track competitors and industry trends
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.)
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
