Social Media Specialist

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a knack for graphic design, and a talent for video editing. They will be responsible for creating and posting content using various tools, managing client accounts, and planning social media strategies. This role requires a strong ability to craft high-quality, visually appealing designs that align with our clients' brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Write, design, and post engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Ensure all posts are creative, high-quality, and align with brand guidelines. Use graphic design tools to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content. Graphic Design & Video Editing: Design high-quality graphics that resonate with target audiences and align with clients' brand aesthetics. Edit videos to produce polished, engaging social media content. Social Media Management: Manage and grow personal social media following to understand trends and best practices. Oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their social media presence is vibrant and effective. Plan and implement social media strategies tailored to each client's needs. Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their goals and develop content strategies that meet their objectives. Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and manage their expectations effectively. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance. Analyze trends and insights to optimize content and strategies. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design and video editing. Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.). Excellent writing and communication skills. Deep understanding of social media platforms and trends. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Proven ability to grow and engage a social media following. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. Experience in managing social media for multiple clients or in an agency setting. Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.). Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
