Position: Video Editor & Social Media Specialist Location: Remote | Full-Time We are looking for a creative and results-driven Video Editor & Social Media Specialist to help grow our online presence through engaging content, consistent branding, and strategic social media management. Key Responsibilities Video Editing Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms Create engaging Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and promotional content Add captions, transitions, graphics, music, and effects to improve engagement Repurpose existing content into multiple formats for different platforms Create eye-catching thumbnails and cover images Social Media Management Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms Manage content calendars and posting schedules Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement Research trends, hashtags, and content opportunities Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity Content Creation & Strategy Develop content ideas that drive engagement, reach, and lead generation Assist with social media campaigns and promotional initiatives Analyze content performance and recommend improvements Stay current with platform updates, trends, and best practices Qualifications Proven experience in video editing and social media management Proficiency with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools Experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Strong understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement Excellent design sense and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Preferred Skills Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic design tools Knowledge of content marketing and brand building Basic understanding of analytics and social media reporting Experience using AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization What We're Looking For Creative thinker with strong storytelling abilities Self-starter who takes ownership of projects Organized, reliable, and deadline-driven Passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing Someone who brings fresh ideas and continuously seeks improvement Success in This Role Consistent delivery of high-quality content Increased engagement, reach, and audience growth Strong brand consistency across all platforms Improved content performance and lead generation Proactive contribution of new ideas and content strategies
