This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering specialist support for children, young people, families, and professionals across Lancashire. Working with children aged 8 to 18, you will become part of a growing HSB Hub that is enhancing support across CYJS, Children's Social Care, and Early Help Services. About the Role As a Social Worker within the HSB Service, you will: Work directly with children, young people, and their families to support positive change. Undertake consultations, assessments, and interventions relating to harmful sexual behaviour. Complete AIM3 assessments and contribute specialist expertise to multi-agency planning. Support professionals across CYJS, Children's Social Care, and Early Help through consultation and knowledge sharing. Help develop and strengthen Lancashire's HSB offer and contribute to the ongoing growth of the service. Champion child-first, restorative, and trauma-informed practice across all aspects of your work.
