Software Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a Software Developer who is passionate about building high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced engineering environment. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications that support critical business operations and customer experiences.

The ideal candidate has strong programming fundamentals, experience working in collaborative Agile teams, and an interest in modern software architecture, cloud technologies, and AI-enabled systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following engineering best practices

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver new features

• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions

• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues

• Build and integrate APIs, backend services, and frontend applications

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes

• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability

• Maintain documentation for software systems and development processes

• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software development or engineering

• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as:

  • JavaScript / TypeScript

  • Python

  • Java

  • C#

  • Go

• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue

• Experience building backend services and RESTful APIs

• Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases

• Experience with Git version control and collaborative development workflows

• Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices

• Exposure to AI/ML integrations or modern AI tooling

• Experience building scalable distributed systems

• Knowledge of microservices architecture

• Startup or high-growth company experience
