Software Developer

A large healthcare business is looking for a technical specialist to join the team. This role focuses on shaping core processes within a central enterprise ecosystem by developing and maintaining cloud-based business software extensions. The successful candidate will ensure the system remains sustainable, maintainable, and aligned with modern architectural standards.

What you'll be doing

• Take technical responsibility for cloud-based software extensions, ensuring all adaptations are maintainable and compliant with clean-core principles.

• Develop and maintain user interface adaptations and exit-based extensions to meet functional requirements efficiently.

• Implement service-oriented applications using modern programming models, including behavior definitions, validations, and action handling.

• Integrate enterprise systems with various cloud and on-premise environments by consuming and providing standard application interfaces.

• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to design technical solutions and ensure high-quality software releases.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience with enterprise software extension points, including controller extensions and UI adaptations.

• Proven track record in developing service-oriented applications and managing data behavior definitions.

• Strong understanding of enterprise data models and modern cloud-based extension architectures.

• Proficiency in professional version control workflows, including branching strategies, merge processes, and code reviews.

• Fluency in German and English, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, remote environment.
