Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Conduct code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements. Coordinate with QA engineers to ensure optimal product quality. Continuous Improvement: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and software defects. Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends to innovate and improve development processes. Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of professional software development experience. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as [e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, etc.]. Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Django, Spring). Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
