Company Overview
team.blue is an ecosystem of 60+ successful brands working together across 22 European countries to provide its 3.3 million SMB customers with everything they need to succeed online by offering best-in-class expertise and services.
team.blue's brands are a mix of traditional hosting businesses that offer services from domain names, email, shared hosting, e-commerce, and server hosting solutions and, as specialist SaaS providers, adjacent products such as compliance, marketing tools, and team collaboration products. This broad product offering makes it a one-stop partner for online businesses and entrepreneurs across Europe.
About the role
DanDomain Webshop is one of Denmark's largest e‑commerce platforms, used by thousands of merchants every day. It's built and run by a development team of nine developers organised in three small Scrum teams, each owning a clear part of the platform.
We're looking for an experienced developer with a strong focus on DevOps who works AI‑native. You'll build features like the rest of the team, and you'll also work together with the rest of the team on how to build, ship and run the platform.
How we work
Every developer on the team works with AI agents (Devin, Claude and similar) as a core part of their daily workflow, not as an experiment. We spend our time reviewing, steering, refining and integrating rather than typing out every line, and we keep improving how we do that together.
We believe DevOps works best when it sits close to the code. Our central Operations organization runs the shared infrastructure, and the development team owns everything from pipeline to production for our own services. You'll take an active role in that work, with the support of the rest of the team.
Your development responsibilities
Design, build and ship features on the DanDomain Webshop platform together with your Scrum team
Work AI‑first: delegate to coding agents, review and validate their output, and help evolve our prompts, guardrails and workflows
Take ownership of the product side: refine stories with the Product Owner, question requirements, and understand what merchants actually need
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in sprint ceremonies, retrospectives and our regular innovation days
Your DevOps responsibilities
Maintain and improve our CI/CD pipelines, build processes and release flow
Contribute to our Docker‑based local, test and production environments
Handle deployments, rollbacks and environment configuration for the team's services
Maintain monitoring, logging and alerting, and take part in incident responses
Automate and document DevOps workflows, using AI agents where it makes sense, so the knowledge is shared across the team rather than sitting with one person
What we're looking for
Several years of professional software development, ideally on web or e‑commerce platforms
Strong PHP experience (PHP 8.x), including modern practices such as typed code, Composer and automated testing
Hands‑on experience with Docker: building images, running local development environments.
Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted or agentic development (Devin, Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot agents or similar), or a strong, demonstrable interest and a clear opinion on where it works and where it doesn't
A product mindset: you care about the outcome for the user, not just the ticket being closed
Good communication in English
Nice to have
Experience with infrastructure as code, cloud platforms or Linux server administration
Experience integrating LLMs into products (structured data, agent‑readable APIs, tool use)
Hands on experience with managing Kubernetes in a production environment
Experience working alongside a central operations team
Practical DevOps experience: building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, deployments, monitoring and troubleshooting production issues
What we offer
A mature product with real merchants, real traffic and real impact
A team that is further along on AI‑native development than most, and wants to go further
A role with real influence on how we build, ship and run the platform
Dedicated time to experiment, learn and build new ideas
Ownership and autonomy in small Scrum teams
Great office facilities with an onsite kitchen serving both breakfast and lunch
