Software Developer (m/f/d)

Your mission We’re expanding our international footprint and are currently building a new Tech Hub in Romania . As part of this growing engineering team, you’ll play a key role in developing modern, scalable backend systems and cloud-based solutions for clients across Europe. Backend Development: Design, implement, and maintain robust backend services using Python or other server-side technologies API Integration: Build, integrate, and manage APIs for seamless data exchange between various services DevOps Collaboration: Work closely with our DevOps team to automate deployment processes and implement CI/CD pipelines Code Reviews & Documentation: Ensure code quality, maintainability, and proper documentation through peer reviews and clean coding practices Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver impactful solutions Cloud-based Development: Develop and implement highly scalable applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) Build intelligent AI applications that create real business impact Database Management: Design and maintain both relational and non-relational databases Your profile Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Backend or Fullstack Developer with Python Solid understanding of cloud computing and containerized applications Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Docker, Jenkins, GitLab CI) is a plus Knowledge of container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) is an advantage Ideally, some initial exposure to RAG, vector databases, or LangChain Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus but not required) What we offer Flexibility: Work fully remote from anywhere in Romania or join us at one of our partner coworking spaces.
