Driven by electric mobility
Electric mobility is growing rapidly, as well as the number of charging points across Europe. Keeping this infrastructure running smoothly requires smart and reliable software.
At EVesto, we build that software. With our Charge Point Management System (CPMS), we help organizations manage, connect, and expand their charging infrastructure, regardless of the hardware they use. In doing so, we contribute every day to cleaner transportation and a smarter energy system.
We are looking for a Software Developer who wants to help build this future and is curious about how AI is transforming our profession.
Your role
As a Software Developer at EVesto, you will contribute to the continued development of our SaaS platform, which supports thousands of charging points every day and plays an important role in the further electrification of mobility. You will build scalable cloud solutions and develop new functionality for an international market that is constantly evolving. Working closely with colleagues from both the development and product teams, you will translate customer needs into smart, future-proof solutions.
Our platform runs on Microsoft Azure and is built using a microservices architecture. AI plays a major role in how we work: we use tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Azure AI Foundry to develop software faster and smarter together. Don’t have much experience with these tools yet? No problem. We learn from each other and provide plenty of room to experiment.
How you will help EVesto move forward
- Together with your team and the product team, translate customer needs into practical and maintainable solutions.
- Develop new functionality and improve existing parts of our platform, from microservices to partner integrations.
- Help ensure our platform continues to operate reliably for thousands of charging points as it grows rapidly.
- Use AI tools to learn faster, analyze problems, deliver results more efficiently, and help the team improve the way we work.
- Work with technologies such as Microsoft Azure PaaS, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, C#, .NET, and Service Bus.
What you bring
- A minimum bachelor’s level of working and thinking ability.
- Several years of experience as a Software Developer.
- Curiosity about the possibilities of AI and a willingness to actively use AI tools to learn faster, develop smarter, and build better solutions.
- The ability to analyze complex challenges and approach solutions in a structured way.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work with colleagues to turn ideas into successful outcomes.
- A sense of ownership, curiosity, and a strong drive to continuously learn and grow.
- Affinity with software platforms, cloud technologies, and modern development methodologies.
- Experience with C#, .NET, and Azure is a plus.
Don’t recognize yourself in every item on this list, but think you’d be a great fit for EVesto? We’d still love to hear from you.
What EVesto offers you
- A hybrid working environment: at least three days per week at our office in Arnhem, the remainder from home.
- 25 vacation days.
- An exciting role within a fast-growing organization in the eMobility sector, where personal growth and responsibility are encouraged.
- The opportunity to work on software that plays a critical role in the daily operation of charging networks and contributes to a smarter, future-proof energy system.
- Plenty of room to experiment with AI and help shape the future of software development.
- Direct influence on our platform, our technology, and the way we work, within a team of approximately 25 colleagues and short communication lines.
- Competitive employment conditions appropriate to the role.
