Software Developer ( Salesforce )

Job Description

What You'll Do

• Analyze client requirements and issues, then recommend and deliver feasible technical solutions in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the Salesforce platform.
• Manage user setup: user creation, profiles, permission sets, roles, and role hierarchy.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards, and perform data loads.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages and controllers, Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
• Build and integrate REST APIs.
• Configure page layouts, workflow rules, and approval processes.
• Follow Salesforce best practices, Force.com configuration standards, and our Software Development Life Cycle.
• Use Git and Bitbucket for version control and deployment.
• Communicate clearly, in writing and verbally, with teammates and clients to coordinate and meet deliverables.
• Handle other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of experience with the Salesforce platform, covering administration, development, data management, integration, security, and deployment.
• Working knowledge of Apex, triggers, Visualforce, Batch/Scheduled Apex, Lightning Web Components, and REST API integration.
• Experience creating roles, profiles, page layouts, workflow rules, and approval processes.
• Knowledge of Git and Bitbucket.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Bachelor's or related degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or a related engineering field.

• Salesforce Lightning UI experience.
• Salesforce Administrator Certified
• Salesforce App Builder Certified
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certified
• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification is a nice to have
• Experience in application support activities.
