Software Development Lead Primary Skills CI/CD Pipeline, React (React Context / Redux), Django / Flask / FastAPI, Docker, CSS/SCSS/LESS, PyTest, PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Redis, Kubernetes, REST API / GraphQL Job requirements Experience Range: With at least 4 to 6 years of experience in software development, including substantial expertise in Python backend and microservices architecture Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and develop scalable backend services and microservices using Python, ensuring high performance and reliability 2. Lead end-to-end development of fullstack applications, integrating React-based frontends with robust Python backends 3. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and delivery of applications 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, architecture, and deliverables 5. Optimize database performance and data models using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis to ensure efficient data handling 6. Manage containerization and orchestration of services using Docker and Kubernetes for seamless deployment and scalability 7. Develop, document, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs to enable secure and efficient communication between services 8. Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices in software engineering Required Skills: 1. Proficiency in Python for backend development 2. Experience with microservices architecture and design 3. Strong knowledge of Django, Flask, or FastAPI frameworks 4. Proficiency in Golang as a secondary backend language 5. CI/CD pipeline setup and management using tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions 6. Containerization with Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes 7. Database management and optimization with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis 8. API development and integration using REST and GraphQL 9. Automated testing with PyTest Preferred Skills: 1. Hands-on expertise in React, including React Context and Redux 2. Frontend styling with CSS, SCSS, or LESS 3. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP 4. Knowledge of advanced caching strategies and performance tuning 5. Familiarity with security best practices for microservices and APIs 6. Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack Desired Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline 2.
