🚀 We’re Hiring: Full-Stack Developer (Laravel, Flutter & AI)

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer based in Egypt to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate has strong experience developing scalable web and mobile applications, particularly e-commerce platforms and delivery applications, with the ability to build and integrate AI agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend systems using PHP and Laravel.
• Build secure, scalable RESTful APIs.
• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Design and integrate AI agents into web and mobile applications.
• Build and connect RAG pipelines using company documents, databases, or knowledge bases.
• Integrate Large Language Models and third-party AI APIs.
• Develop e-commerce and delivery-related features, including orders, payments, location tracking, notifications, and administrative dashboards.
• Integrate mobile applications with backend services and external APIs.
• Design and manage relational databases.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and improve application performance.
• Collaborate remotely with product, design, and development teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with PHP and Laravel.
• Professional experience developing applications with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and mobile-backend integration.
• Practical experience building AI agents.
• Practical experience implementing RAG systems and connecting them to existing applications.
• Experience integrating Large Language Models such as OpenAI or similar technologies.
• Good knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with authentication, authorization, and application security.
• Good understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to work independently in a full-time remote environment.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Previous Project Experience Required:

Candidates must have previously worked on:

• E-commerce websites and mobile applications.
• Delivery or logistics applications.
• AI agents or RAG solutions integrated into real web or mobile applications.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with vector databases.
• Knowledge of embeddings, document processing, and semantic search.
• Experience with payment gateways, maps, GPS tracking, push notifications, and real-time updates.
• Familiarity with Docker, cloud hosting, CI/CD, queues, caching, and WebSockets.
