As a vital part of freee K.K.’s Global Engineering team, we are growing rapidly and seeking a dynamic software engineer skilled in developing robust web services to help elevate our teams. Responsibilities Develop web services with cutting-edge technologies. Deliver accurate, reliable work with meticulous attention to detail while maintaining a high volume of output. Ensures correctness, precision, and efficiency in all tasks. Collaborate with software engineers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to bring features from concept to launch. Engage in code reviews, offering valuable feedback and suggestions. Proactively learn and adopt freee’s coding standards and practices. Enhance coding methodologies, techniques, and best practices. Technical Skills Requirements: Over 2 years of hands-on experience in software development, including designing, building, and deploying web services using modern technologies. Proficiency in both front-end and back-end development, including languages and frameworks such as JavaScript (React.js, Angular, Vue.js), HTML/CSS, Ruby (Ruby on Rails), Go Language etc. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug and troubleshoot issues across the full stack. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in collaborative team environments. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving industry trends. Strong passion for continuous learning and professional growth to stay current with the latest software engineering tools, frameworks, and best practices in a fast-paced environment. Work Conditions: Full-time employment Probationary period: 6 months (to ensure seamless fit) Work location: 11th Flr. 142 Amorsolo Building, 142 Amorsolo Street, Legaspi Village, Brgy. San Lorenzo, Makati City 1229 Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days on site / 2 days WFH per week)
