The Role (TL;DR)

We're looking for an exceptional Software Engineer with strong backend skills to help scale our AI video generation platform! You'll maintain our backend infrastructure and build exciting new AI features using the latest agent tools and platforms. This is a fully remote role for engineers based in India only.

What You'll Actually Do:

Build backend APIs with Django
Collaborate across our stack to implement end-to-end features
Build new product features & internal tools using LLMs and third-party AI APIs

We're Looking For (Must Haves)

1-3 years of startup experience (we need someone who thrives in fast-paced environments)
CS degree from a top-tier college or a high-performing dropout with excellent problem solving skills
Strong experience with Django and Python
Working with Postgres or other SQL databases
Proficiency with AWS infrastructure (EC2, Lambda and friends)
Excellent English communication skills (MUST HAVE)
Experience of using coding tools like Cursor to accelerate development
Genuine excitement about building cutting-edge AI products

Bonus Points For:

Experience with building AI agentic workflows (this is a big plus!)
Hands-on experience creating AI applications with LLM models
A portfolio of projects that showcase your engineering talent
