Job Description

Senior / Lead Full Stack Engineer
Location: NYC - on-stie
Compensation: Competitive base salary + equity

About the Role

The Senior / Lead Full Stack Engineer will play a key role in developing and scaling the company’s core platform. You will work across the full stack, designing and delivering high-quality software that drives real business impact. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to architect new features, improve performance, and ensure reliability in a growing distributed system.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs.

  • Lead and contribute to product architecture, infrastructure, and integrations.

  • Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.

  • Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver user-focused solutions.

  • Improve developer workflows, observability, and deployment processes.

  • Mentor other engineers and promote best practices in software development.



Requirements


  • Several years of professional experience as a full stack or backend engineer.

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks.

  • Proven experience with scalable systems, distributed services, and cloud environments.

  • Understanding of API design, data modeling, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced startup.

  • Passion for building reliable and user-centered products.
