Software Engineer

HRBench is seeking a Software Engineer to join our growing team and contribute across the full tech stack. As a member of our engineering team, you will help build and maintain features that support our platform's growth and contribute to creating scalable solutions for our clients.

What you will do:

• Develop full stack features and components from requirements to production
• Write clean, production-ready, readable, maintainable code
• Implement and maintain data processing components that support our products
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices
• Work closely with product teams and senior engineers to deliver great user experiences

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience building web applications with modern technologies
• Familiarity with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and databases
• Exposure to or willingness to learn technologies such as Node.js, Next.js, and cloud platforms
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
