Software Engineer

About you

You’re a Software Engineer who loves to grow and is excited about what AI brings to the engineering role. You thrive on high-ambiguity, high-impact problems. You have the technical grit, ability to get things done and you want to build great products.

You’re comfortable being accountable and owning our production system, you care about the quality, long-term maintainability, reliability, cost efficiency, and security of the software you and your agents deliver.

Qualification

• 3-6+ years of software engineering experience (or equivalent track record of impact)

• Track record delivering 1+ month initiatives with product and technical impact

• Experience with distributed systems design and development in similar professional environments (fast growth start-ups, SaaS/logitics/e-commerce/payment domains)

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across engineering, product, and other teams

Requirements

• Deep understanding of system design, scalability, and reliability trade-offs

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and modern CI/CD, IaaC (Terraform, k8s, gh actions)

• Fundamentals in Linux/Unix systems and networking

• Fluency working with AI in engineering and in a software development lifecycle that harnesses AI

• Full-stack engineering skills is a plus (a good taste in building products that customers love)

Responsibilities

• Be part of our core engineering team with company-wide, high-leverage initiatives impact

• Navigate through high-ambiguity, mission-critical projects and define execution paths that balance speed, quality, and long-term sustainability

• Great written skills - reviewing and writing architecture reviews, RFCs, and design documents is our daily work!

• Bring in unique perspective, voice and maintain high engineering bar

• Colaborate daily with product, consumer teams, readiness to represent our technology to the clients
