Key Objectives Develop and maintain reliable, scalable software applications. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver impactful solutions. Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices. Continuously improve software performance and user experience. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation. Responsibilities Design, code, test, and debug software components and applications. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design decisions. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards. Collaborate with team members to define, design, and ship new features. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs. Contribute to continuous integration and deployment processes. Document software functionality and maintain technical documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience in software development using languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Experience with version control systems, preferably Git. Familiarity with databases, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
