We’re looking for people who: Work comfortably across the full stack, with solid fundamentals and depth in selected areas Are technically curious and understands modern infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, distributed system patterns, and complex third-party integrations. Can build different kinds of applications - web, mobile, hybrid, backend services Enjoy taking something from concept to implementation and production, and running a product in a data-driven business Have experience in applying AI in products or building AI-powered features You don’t need to be an expert in everything, but you should be confident in learning what you need. Infrastructure: IaC-first setup with Terraform (AWS) and Ansible, containerized workloads using Docker, CI/CD pipelines on GitHub Actions, and a fully instrumented runtime using AWS CloudWatch and Grafana for monitoring, logs, metrics, and alerting. Frontend & Mobile: React/Next.js for web, and a hybrid native/web mobile architecture using webviews with bridges to native functionality. Developer Experience: A lightweight, high-trust engineering culture supported by tooling, fast builds, and a focus on making developers effective.
