Who you are:

• Strong hands-on experience with backend development, deployment, and optimization is required.
• A backend software engineering background of 3+ years is required.
• You think in systems, trade-offs, and cost per request—not just uptime.
• You’ve built and scaled backend architectures and know where abstraction helps (and hurts).
• You’re strong in backend, distributed systems, and IaC—and comfortable getting hands-on.
