Software Engineer (Backend / Full Stack)

Job Summary

We are looking for talented Software Engineers with strong Backend or Full Stack development experience to help design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and business applications.

Design, build, and maintain high-quality software using .NET, Java, or Python.

Develop full stack features when required, collaborating across frontend and backend components.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.

Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.

Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Engineers, Designers, and other developers throughout the software development lifecycle.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Support cloud deployments, monitoring, and production environments.

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.

Continuously improve development processes and engineering standards.

WHAT YOU BRING

✅ 4+ years of professional software development experience.

✅ Strong experience with at least one of the following technologies:

• .NET / C#

• Java

• Python

✅ Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.

✅ Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.

✅ Understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles.

✅ Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.

✅ Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus.

✅ Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized applications is a plus.

✅ Experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, or other modern frontend frameworks is a plus for Full Stack candidates.

✅ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.

✅ Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
