Build software that supports education institutions around the world.

Tribal is hiring a Software Engineer to support EBS, our student information system. You’ll develop

application features and API integrations, investigate defects and deliver reliable, secure code

with our Manila development team.

What we’re looking for

• Commercial experience with C# and .NET Framework.

• Experience with REST APIs, Git and unit testing.

• Sound software design and secure coding knowledge.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently and collaborate with

colleagues.

Around two years’ relevant experience is a guide. We’ll consider the skills and experience you

bring.

Useful additional experience

Angular v15+, TypeScript and RxJS; WCF and Windows Workflow Foundation; Git LFS; security

analysis tools such as Endor or SonarQube; and AI development tools such as Claude. These are

desirable rather than essential.

Working setup

The team attends the Manila office twice a month. Remote working can be considered for

candidates living farther away. Hours are flexible, with the team usually working 8am–5pm or

9am–6pm.
