Software Engineer for Game AI

We are a well-established team based in Prague (Czech Republic), developing world-leading military simulations for major NATO powers and their allies . We constantly seek ways to advance the industry using the latest technologies and trends (such as whole-world simulations , motion tracking, VR, and AR). We are looking for a C++ programmer for our AI team based in Prague. Responsibilities: Write high-quality C++ code for the in-house game engine (such as improvements in the AI navigation, AI reasoning, etc.). Implement a range of behaviors based on military training use cases. Design and build scalable behavior trees and integrate them into the AI framework. Communicate clearly and professionally both in person and online in a collaborative team environment. Engage with subject matter experts and/or customers. Requirements: Prior experience in software development. Strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in C++. Good understanding of algorithms, data structures, and time complexity. Basic knowledge of linear algebra. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field. Proficiency in English at a communicative level.
