Software Engineer (Fullstack)

We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Software Engineer to join OneCrew’s quickly growing team. You’ll play an instrumental role in defining and building out the product and platform with the co-founders and engineering team as we scale our customer base. Location: This role is based in San Francisco with expected 3+ days in-office weekly at our FiDi office. What you'll do Focus: Building reliable, high-performing systems and features that empower paving contractors to run their businesses with clarity, accuracy, and confidence. Design, build, and ship new products and features—including AI-powered automation and intelligence— that directly impact how contractors estimate jobs, manage crews, and track profitability in real time.
