The position is primarily a Back-End Engineer role focused on Python software engineering, rather than a Data Engineering position.
Main requirements:
- Strong Python development experience.
- Experience building and consuming APIs.
- Experience developing Python SDKs and libraries that enable other teams to consume data and functionality.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI for API development.
- Strong software engineering practices and Python development background. This role is not centered on ETL development or traditional Data Engineering activities.
Nice to have:
- Front-end/UI knowledge would be considered a plus, but it is not a requirement.
