Software Engineer - Healthcare AI - Python, AI coding, AWS - Build tech that actually saves lives in close to 32+ countries already - Hybrid (1 day office)

They’re looking for a Software Engineer to design, build and maintain scalable systems within the platform and infrastructure team. You’ll combine hands-on software development with end-to-end ownership, delivering complex features across services and helping improve software delivery, automation and reliability.

What you’ll do:

• Design, build and maintain scalable, production-grade software across multiple services and domains.
• Own complex features from initial idea and technical design through to deployment and monitoring.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Build automation that reduces manual work and improves system reliability.
• Strengthen testing, code quality and maintainability across the software lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product, data and engineering teams, sharing knowledge and contributing to technical decisions.

What you bring:

• Around 3–6 years of software engineering experience, combined with a proactive mindset and strong ownership. Ideally with Python but other relevant languages work as well.
• Proven experience working on complex systems or projects involving multiple teams.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, ideally AWS
• A strong understanding of testing strategies, code quality and maintainable software design.
• AI literacy and experience using AI tools to support development, automation, testing, documentation or engineering workflows.

The team works hybrid, with one office day per week on Tuesdays.

Experience with system design at scale, mentoring, developer tooling, automation, observability or platform engineering is a plus!
