The Broadcast Development team builds the systems behind broadcast graphics, real-time tournament data, scoring experiences, and data distribution. Our work helps transform complex tournament information into engaging experiences for television audiences and supports data sharing with external partners.
We work across software engineering, cloud services, messaging systems, graphics technology, real-time applications, and hardware-integrated systems. Our solutions operate alongside camera and radar technologies used as sensors during tournaments, and we collaborate closely with our Hardware Engineering teams to create reliable and scalable end-to-end experiences.
About the Role
We are looking for an early-career Software Engineer who is eager to learn, excited to take ownership, and motivated to grow into a highly capable software engineer. This role is designed for engineers at the beginning of their careers who want to develop through ownership, mentorship, and hands-on experience with real-world products.
This is not a role where you'll spend years working on isolated tasks before making an impact. You'll be trusted with real product ownership, exposed to a broad technology landscape, and given opportunities to contribute to features that are used in live production environments.
Whether you're passionate about backend development, cloud systems, graphics technology, hardware integration, or real-time applications, this role offers opportunities to explore multiple engineering disciplines while building products used in professional golf broadcasts around the world.
We're looking for engineers who care not only about writing code but also about understanding how their work creates value for viewers, broadcast partners, tournament organizers, and the wider golf ecosystem.

What You Will Do
Design, develop, test, and maintain software across our broadcast platform
Deliver features from concept through production
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, hardware engineers, and other stakeholders
Participate in technical discussions and contribute ideas
Investigate issues and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
Contribute to systems that operate in real-time and support live tournament broadcasts
Help evolve our cloud and messaging architecture
Grow toward independent ownership of technical solutions and product areas
Participate in the team on-call rotation once sufficient system knowledge has been developed
Participate in supervised testing and QA at live events at Golf Tournaments.
What We Are Looking For
0-3 years of software engineering experience
A desire to continuously learn and improve
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Experience with one or more programming languages such as C#, Python, or C++
Strong problem-solving skills
Good communication and collaboration abilities
Interest in building reliable, high-quality software
